These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sonicon Wealth website and Service. By using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with us on these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sonicon Wealth ("we", "us", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans (Pro) renew automatically until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Use of the Service
Sonicon Wealth provides educational financial content, planning tools, curated audio, and a community Value Map. The Finance Tracker, archetype insights, credit card comparisons, and any calculators are informational only — not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Figures you enter (holdings, debts, spending) are self-reported estimates and are not verified by us. You make all financial decisions independently and at your own risk. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found here. Pins, reviews, and photos you add to the Value Map are visible to other users; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you contribute. See section 9 for community and moderation terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content — articles, artwork, audio curation, branding, and software — is owned by Sonicon Wealth or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service: no automated scraping, no attempting to bypass paywalls or read limits, no uploading harmful code, no impersonation, and no using the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, and we are not liable for any decisions made based on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonicon Wealth and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. User-Generated Content & Community
Reviews, photos, prices, and other content you contribute to the Value Map are visible to other users. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content within the Service. You confirm your contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own or have rights to any photo you upload. We use device location, image checks, price-sanity checks, and reviewer credibility signals to moderate contributions, and may hide, demote, or remove content that is spam, inaccurate, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms without notice. Community members can vote on the helpfulness of your reviews, and your reviewer trust score and badges are derived from your activity and shown publicly.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
