3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans (Premium and Pro Tracker) renew automatically until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Use of the Service
Sonicon Wealth provides educational financial content, tools, and curated audio. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You make all financial decisions independently and at your own risk. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found here.
5. Intellectual Property
All content — articles, artwork, audio curation, branding, and software — is owned by Sonicon Wealth or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service: no automated scraping, no attempting to bypass paywalls or read limits, no uploading harmful code, no impersonation, and no using the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account.
